Lucid Labs is a Berlin-based AI consultancy and implementation partner for mid-sized companies in Germany, typically with 50 to 2,000 employees. Since 2024 the team has delivered more than 40 AI projects, from executive workshops to AI agents in continuous operation, for clients including Siemens Energy, Deutsche Bahn Management Consulting, Lautsprecher Teufel, USM and Territory (Bertelsmann). Engagements start with an Executive AI Workshop that prioritises use cases by business value. Lucid Labs then builds agents and workflows on Langdock together with the client's process experts, puts a new use case into production every three to four weeks and measures the time saved before and after go-live. Enablement for leaders and teams, governance and AI policies are part of every rollout. Langdock partner since July 2025.
